Pork & Green Chile Hashbrowns

Ingredients

1 can Vietti Artisan Pork Chili No Beans and Green Chiles
2 Eggs
2 cups Hashbrowns
2 tbsp Oil

Directions

Warm Oil in a pan. Portion Hashbrowns into two patties and cook in Oil until golden. Set aside. Pour Vietti Artisan Chili into a sauce pan. Bring to boil. Poach eggs in boiling hot chili until whites are done. Spoon over Hashbrowns. Serve warm.
