Stuffed Peppers
Ingredients
1 can Vietti Artisan Fire Roasted Vegetable Chili with Beans
2 cups cooked Rice
4 Bell Peppers (Red or Green)
Directions
Prepare Peppers by chopping off tops and removing the ribs and seeds. Mix Vietti Artisan Chili and Cooked Rice in a bowl. Fill prepared Peppers with the mixture. Place on an oven safe baking sheet and use tin foil to help the peppers stand if needed. Preheat oven to 375°F and bake for 45 minutes. Serve warm.
